Cheshire Valley Summer Ale

 Aroma: Light to moderate sweet malty aroma.

 Appearance: Golden with a good head.

 Flavour: Light malt character with 10% wheat malt with a hint of pepper from the 10% rye malt.  Light hop flavour of lemon from Cascade flavour hopping.  Low bitterness, but the balance is towards the malt.

 Mouthfeel:  Low to medium body and mouthfeel.

 Overall Impression: A refreshing patio beer with character.

 Vital Statistics:   IBUs: 21

                                SRM: 3.9

                                ABV: 5%
